Madelaine's love for design and botanicals stems from her background in landscape architecture. She pursued both bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Georgia and worked for a residential garden design firm in Atlanta. After leaving the field, she continued journeying down her own design path, crafting an array of creative works that are all Made by Madelaine.
Botanicals and other natural elements are often featured in her work from wedding stationery, watercolor prints, greeting cards, and surface patterns.
She calls north Georgia home, living in a cozy cabin on the river with her husband and their cat.
